Terms & Conditions
All Terms and Conditions apply without exclusion, once you have purchased an event for yourself and/or your companions or you have been offered an event (herein referred to as “you”), provided by Nara Desert Escape and Sonara camps and/or its subcontractors including but not limited to, transport companies and catering providers.
(All of the above herein referred to as “Nara”, “we”, “us”, and “our”.)
The Event referred to herein is the duration between when you are picked up from an agreed location and dropped off to an agreed location after the event.
Food and Beverage Consumption
- All Food and Beverages are halal as per UAE law for food-establishments. No pork will be included in our catering services. It is forbidden to bring your own food/beverages to the Camps.
- All alcohol provided at Nara/Sonara is intended for adults above 21 years old only. You understand that Nara/Sonara staff members may check your ID from time to time to make sure you comply with those rules.
- Upon request, we will gladly provide you with the leftovers of your food for take-away. In this case, please note that Nara can not be held liable for any failure to properly maintain safe food temperatures, quality and storage.
Dietary Restrictions, Allergies and Medical Conditions
- You are required to let us know of any (a) dietary restrictions, (b) allergies and (c) other medical conditions at the time of booking your event.
- We cater for vegetarians, gluten free, lactose free and more, please inform your event manager 48 hours before the event date if you require any special diet.
- While there is no guarantee of our being able to accommodate any dietary restrictions, we will do our level best to do so.
- In the case of any extreme allergies or medical conditions, we reserve the right to request you not to attend the event and/or request you to bring your own food in the case we cannot accommodate your restrictions.
Event Participation
- You understand and confirm that your participation in the event is completely voluntary.
- If you are below 18 years, a guardian must accompany you.
- You take responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in the event. A certain level of fitness is required to participate in the event.
- You agree to comply with the instructions in English of the event manager(s).
- If in the opinion of the event manager(s), your behavior or physical condition is detrimental to the safety, welfare and well-being of the group as a whole, or if we consider that your general well-being will be put at risk by continuing with the event, you may be asked not to participate in the event without the right to any refund of the price.
- You fully comprehend and accept all of the risks associated with your participation in the event including, without limitation, injury or death resulting from exposure to unfavorable weather conditions, insects bites, wildlife risks, food sickness, allergic reactions, choking, and injuries arising from self-inflicted accidents or mishaps, other participants, motor vehicles, and pedestrians.
Event Participant Conduct
- At all times during the event, you are expected to have consideration for your fellow event participants and other third parties.
- For the benefit of everyone, we reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed to pose a risk or nuisance to others. We will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred due to unacceptable behavior.
Medical Treatment
- You authorize Nara, if necessary, to provide to you, through medical personnel of its choice, customary medical assistance, transportation, and emergency medical services. This consent does not impose a duty upon Nara to provide such assistance, transportation, or services.
- We will always have staff on site that are First Aid certified.
Transportation, Children & Pregnancy
- Depending on age, children may be required to be seated in booster seats or other child safety accredited seating. Nara will do its best efforts to provide such seating. However, in case of unavailability, Nara reserves the right to not accept children due to safety concerns.
- Pregnant guests within their third trimester will not be accepted due to health concerns.
- Vehicles may be equipped with dashcam technology that records high-definition sound and video. Footage may be used for legal, insurance and training purposes and may be used to verify performance related questions, queries or concerns.
- Any guests with mobility concerns will need to inform us at the time of booking so we can advise if we can accommodate your booking and make any necessary arrangements. Depending on the nature of the disability, a private vehicle booking may be required. The company reserves the right not to accept guests that have a disability on tours due to safety concerns.
- Camel rides are at your own risk.
Guarantee and Payment Policy
- Payment in full is due prior to the event date. This may be made via electronic transfer, cheque or credit card. The company reserves the right to cancel the event if payment has not been received in full.
- Prices are quoted in AED (UAE dirhams), unless stated otherwise.
- An advance payment must be made at the time of booking via our payment instructions. Only bookings with complete payments will receive a confirmation.
- If there is any remaining payment, it will be collected in cash (UAE Dirhams) or can be settled by credit card onsite by a Nara representative.
- All provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 4 days and will be confirmed as soon as deposit payment has been received.
- All bank fees should be paid by the client.
- A payment of 100% is required prior to your event date.
- For payment instructions, if it will be settled as bank transfer kindly precise your name as well as the invoice number for us to track your transaction accordingly.

Booking Policy and Payment Terms – Private Events
- Your booking is tentative until we receive your signed, dated contract along with the down payment. All tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of 4 working days from the submission date of our proposal, depending on the tentative date of your event.
- A down payment is a non-refundable deposit. It is recommended that you opt for the Cancellation Protection Program to take advantage of the last minutes cancellation coverage.
- If your booking date is within the 14 days period of your event, we require a full payment to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be done 14 days prior to the event date at the latest.
- Nara reserve the right to cancel your event if the final balance due has NOT been settled prior to your event without a written approval from Nara and your deposit WILL NOT be reimbursed.
- Delayed Final Balance payment after the date of the event WILL NOT be granted to non-Dubai residents or Dubai registered corporate entities.
- If Nara agrees to a delayed Final Balance payment, and in case of late settlement of the Final Balance over the pre-agreed date, Nara reserve the right to charge an interest of 9% p.a. late payment fee calculated pro-rata temporis based on the Final Balance amount as per Article 84 of the UAE’s Commercial Code.
Kindly note that all prices and menu items are subject to change, according to supply availability of which you will be notified in advance. Alcohol and suppliers selection are subject to availability, unless it has been confirmed and paid 7 working days prior to the event.
Desert Experiences
- You agree to take full risk and responsibility associated with participating in our desert experiences. We would be unable to assume liability caused to yourself and any companions on your experience booking for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage caused during our desert experience. This includes:
- The transport through our subcontractors or 3rd party vendors between the meeting/finishing point and the desert, as well as during the desert experience.
- All activities conducted in the desert.
- All food and beverage which are consumed on such desert experiences.
DDCR Rules & Regulation
The DDCR is a protected area in order to preserve the local fauna and flora. The below are set of rules and regulations which must be followed by each and every person entering the reserve at ALL times:
- It is an offence within the Reserve to damage, interfere with, destroy, cut, injure, or undermine in any way the natural indigenous plant life within the reserve.
- It is an offence to touch, feed, interfere with or participate in any activity which may in any way disturb, affect or cause any harm whatsoever to any animal or restrict its movement through natural areas, or affect its shelter or its places of breeding within the Reserve’s wildlife breeding zones.
- It is an offence to bring domestic livestock into the DDCR, and as such no animal shall be allowed to enter the reserve, for any purpose, and by whatever means.
- The following livestock are strictly prohibited: goats, sheep, cattle, chickens, pigeons, domestic dogs and cats, monkeys, donkeys, or mules.
- It is strictly forbidden to throw trash, cigarette buds, food, cans or any other element endangering the reserve and its habitat.
- It is strictly forbidden and dangerous to climb on the trees populating the Nara Oasis area.
- Our guests, their employees or suppliers must conform at ALL times to all local laws, regulations, directives, orders and standards as applicable in the UAE. In particular, such behaviours as “exaggerated” sign of affections in public and sexual acts in public areas.
- Out of respect for other guests and in accordance with local customs, it is STRICLY forbidden to urinate outside the designated toilets which are available for use in all our camps.
Furthermore, the below applies to all events booked on a private basis:
- No Fireworks.
- No lights directed towards the sky.
- No Fresh plants are allowed (unless you bring it within the event timeline and take it back).
- Building/decorating and dismantling must be happening at the same day within the DDCR operating timings.
- You must follow and respect the operating hours of DDCR.
- It is not permitted by DDCR to release any items from the camp that can be taken by the wind and end elsewhere in the Conservation area (confetti, balloons, paper lanterns, etc).
- For big and heavy installation or equipment to the camp, it is mandatory to use a registered 4×4 Bedford truck, that can be hired through Nara Escape.
- AED 20 DDCR Entry fee will apply to anyone who would be entering the Conservation
- Any equipment/material/products or items/staff coming from external suppliers or from the client must be listed and submitted to DDCR approval at least 7 days prior to the event date. Failing to do so Nara Escape will not guarantee the access to the camp.
THE INFRINGEMENT OF THE ABOVE SET OF RULES MAY RESULT IN THE ISSUANCE OF A FINE BY DDCR WHICH SETTLEMENT HAS TO BE IN CASH AND ON SITE. NARA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF SUCH FINES.
Nara Desert Escape and its affiliates reserve the right to deny entry or expel any guests, employee or supplier that does not conform to the above rules. Nara also reserves the right to report to local authorities any person being in breach of local laws and regulations. Nara cannot be held responsible for any accident, injuries or death resulting from the non-respect of the above rules
Private Events External Suppliers
In the instance you contract an external supplier for your event, in any measure, please note the following:
- There will be a DDCR entry fee of AED20 per person to enter the grounds of the conservation reserve (as per DDCR rules)
- When applicable a Bedford truck must be hired from Nara to transport any materials onto the venue. No other vehicle can be admitted into the DDCR (as per DDCR rules). Bedford truck’s hiring fees will be AED4000 (excl. VAT) per 10 hours.
- In case the external suppliers staff need to be shuttled to and from any of our camps from the DDCR’s entrance, Nara’s cars must be hired and will be charged on a basis of 10 hours at AED1200/car (excl. VAT). If the duration exceeds the time limit of 10 hours, extra charges will be applied at AED1200/car (excl. VAT).
Equipment on Site
- Any equipment that is damaged in any form or lost by you will incur a charge of at least AED 200.00 or more in cash, depending on the situation assessed by your event manager(s). This charge will be payable immediately.
Personal Belongings
- You are wholly responsible for your own personal belongings throughout the event. We are unable to claim responsibility for any belonging that may have been lost, stolen or damaged by a third party during the event.
- All items lost and found on our camps will be kept for a period of 12 month. It is your responsibility to claim any lost item. All items unclaimed 12 month after having been found will be discarded or given to charity.
Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nara accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the event and/or in connection with your booking with us. You are advised to have comprehensive travel and health insurance. All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the event. By purchasing your event, you and/or your companions affirm that you have all fully understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your booking with Nara shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Please read the following booking conditions carefully as they set out the Terms and Conditions of the contract between you and all the persons named in your booking (herein referred to as “you”) and Nara Nomad (herein referred to as “Nara”, “Nomad”, “we”, “us” and “our”). These Terms & Conditions are applicable for all bookings with us. Proceeding with a booking entails the acceptance of our terms and conditions for without the need of a signed contract agreement. A contract will exist as soon as we take a deposit (or full payment, as applicable) and issue a confirmation invoice.
The “tour” referred to herein is the duration between when you are picked up from an agreed location before commencement of the tour and dropped off to an agreed location after the tour.
Guarantee and Payment Policy
- Payment in full via credit card is due prior to the tour date. We reserve the right to cancel the tour if full payment has not been received.
- Prices are quoted in AED (UAE dirhams), unless stated otherwise.
- Only bookings with complete payments will receive a confirmation.
- In the exceptional event where we have agreed to a payment made by wire transfer, all bank fees for the wire transfer must be paid by the client.
- A payment of 100% is required prior to your tour date.
Tour Participant & Conduct
- You understand and confirm that your participation in the tour is voluntary.
If you are below 18 years, a guardian must accompany you. - You are responsible for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in the tour. A reasonable level of fitness is required to participate in the tour.
You agree to comply with the instructions in English of the tour guide(s). - If in the opinion of the tour guide(s), your behavior or physical condition is detrimental to the safety, welfare, and well-being of the group as a whole, or if we consider that your general well-being will be put at risk by continuing with the tour, you may be asked not to participate in the tour without the right to any refund of the price.
- You fully comprehend and accept all of the risks associated with your participation in the tour including, without limitation, injury or death resulting from exposure to unfavorable weather conditions, insect bites, wildlife risks, food sickness, allergic reactions, choking, and injuries arising from self-inflicted accidents or mishaps, other participants, motor vehicles, and pedestrians.
- At all times during the tour, you are expected to have consideration for your fellow tour participants and other third parties.
- For the benefit of everyone, we reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed to pose a risk or nuisance to others. We will not refund or cover any cost or expenses incurred due to unacceptable behavior.
- We will not provide any kind of transportation services to participants whose conduct leads to their removal from the tour.
- Guests are responsible for their refreshments and food during the tour.
- Alcohol beverages are not allowed to be consumed or carried during the tour.
Dietary Restrictions, Allergies and Medical Conditions
- You are required to let us know of any dietary restrictions, allergies and/or any other medical conditions at the time of booking your tour.
- While there is no guarantee of us being able to accommodate any dietary restrictions, we will do our level best to do so when suggesting restaurant options.
- In the case of any extreme allergies or medical conditions, we reserve the right to request you not to attend the tour and/or request you to bring your own food.

Image Release
You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consent, authorize and grant us, and our respective affiliates, sponsors, promoters, advertisers, broadcasters, webcasters, contractors, agents, representatives, licensees and assigns (together, the “Releasees” all the necessary authority, right and license and permission to use photographs, audio or video recordings, or other forms of recordings that capture my image, likeness, voice or performance (or all of these) (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Images”), taken during the tour by us or tour participants in which you may be included in whole or in part, in any manner or media, including print, broadcast, internet media, direct marketing channels, downloadable content and applications, and all other technologies now known or hereafter developed. The Images may be used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose whatsoever, and may be altered, modified, changed, combined or incorporated into other works. You hereby relinquish any rights you may have in the Images (including privacy, personality and publicity rights). In no event shall you seek or be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with the use of the Images. No fees or other compensation whatsoever will be provided to you for or in connection with the use of the Images. You hereby release the Releasees from any and all claims which you may now or in the future have relating to the ownership, reproductions, display, distribution or other use of the Images.
Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury, or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the tour and/or in connection with your booking with us. All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the tour.
Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your booking with us shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
By purchasing your tour, you and/or your companions confirm that you have all fully understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

- You fully comprehend and accept all of the risks associated with your participation in the event including, without limitation, injury or death resulting from exposure to unfavorable weather conditions, insects bites, wildlife risks, food sickness, allergic reactions, choking, and injuries arising from self-inflicted accidents or mishaps, other participants, motor vehicles, and pedestrians.

- It is the guests responsibility to pack with them any medications they may require for any existing health condition.
- We will always have staff on site that are First Aid certified.

Crossing The UAE – Oman Border Requirements
- Guests need to submit the documents for border passes 5 days in advance. Late submission will result in police’s rejection and crossing the border will be impossible. (Dibba border is not an official border and border passes are compulsory requirement to-cross).
- UAE Residents are required to send passport page with the photo and UAE visa page copies.
- Persons on Tourist UAE visa are required to send passport page with the photo and visit visa copy.
- GCC Nationalities do not require border passes.
- (Those requirements are subject to change as per UAE and Oman immigration policies)
- Please carry your passport for the trip (same one used for border pass)
- It is prohibited to transfer alcohol beverages across the border
- If you are making the trip to Oman in your own car, it is mandatory to have a car insurance covering Oman. If you are not already covered for Oman, please contact a car insurance agency to have temporarily car insurance for Oman.
Personal Belongings
- We do not recommend bringing personal belongings of exceptional or sentimental value. Such items as laptops, tablets, any electronic devices may be damaged due to water.
- The staff will not be held responsible for the damage or loss of valuable jewelry. All items you decide to bring are at your own risk.
- All items lost and found on our camps will be kept for a period of 12 month. It is your responsibility to claim any lost item. All items unclaimed 12 month after having been found will be discarded or given to charity.
Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed inside the saloon or the rooms. This is due to the health and safety of all guests on board.
Regulations on board
- Please do not throw anything at sea.
- Please do not harass marine life, not to chase animals or touch corals.

(All of the above herein referred to as “Nara”, “we”, “us”, and “our”.)
The Event referred to herein is the duration between when Nara in the City staff arrives at the event location and vacate the location after the event, including setting up before the event and clearing up after the event.
Food and Beverage Consumption
- All Food and Beverages are halal as per UAE law for food-establishments. No pork will be included in our catering services.
- All alcohol provided at your event is intended for adults above 21 years old only. You understand that Nara in the City staff members may check IDs from time to time to make sure all attendees comply with those rules.
Booking Policy & Payment Terms
- A site visit of the event venue is required prior to issuing your proposal. During this site visit, the client must inform the team of where we can access water and electricity that may be used for the duration of the event.
- A Deposit of 50% is due upon signing of the catering agreement to schedule your event. This payment will be applied to the total invoice. Your booking is tentative and not complete without the deposit payment and a signed proposal.
- All tentative bookings will be held for 7 working days from the submission date of our proposal.
- The final balance is due 10 days prior to the event date. After final payment is made all additional charges, i.e., additional guests, additional equipment, menu items or services will be charged prior to the event with payment due immediately.
- Nara in the City reserve the right to cancel your event if the final balance due has NOT been settled prior to your event without a written approval from Nara and your deposit WILL NOT be reimbursed.
- Delayed Final Balance payment after the date of the event WILL NOT be granted to NON Dubai residents or Dubai registered corporate entities.
- If Nara agrees to a delayed Final Balance payment, and in case of late settlement of the Final Balance over the pre-agreed date, Nara reserve the right to charge an interest of 9% p.a. late payment fee calculated pro-rata temporis based on the Final Balance amount as per Article 84 of the UAE’s Commercial Code.
- If your booking is within 15 days of your event, we require a full payment to confirm your reservation.
- Inform Nara in the City of final number of guests within 5 days in advance of the event. Nara in the City will not discount or reduce prices if the actual number of your guests at the time of the event is less than the guest count submitted by the deadline outlined in the Catering Agreement. However, Nara in the City reserves the right to adjust the final balance due in the event of an increase in the number of guests which may involve additional food, equipment and staff.
- Acceptable payments are credit/debit cards, checks, cash or money orders. Due to increasing costs & changing compliance regulations, a 3% Convenience Fee will be assessed on all Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express credit card transactions. This fee is not greater than our cost of acceptance. No transaction fee will be assessed on payments made by Debit Card or any other form of payment.
- Any Additional consumption during the event MUST be settled ON THE DAY of the event.
- The duration of the food service will not exceed 3 hours from the agreed starting time, in line with food safety regulations.
- The client must provide Nara in the City a valid parking space for the food/equipment truck at the event venue.
Costs
- Menu:
All prices are based on current market of food ingredients. Prior to booking, prices of menu items may change. We will inform you of any changes that may affect your booking and/or your menu.
- Additional Charges:
All equipment and supply rental costs are separate. Scheduling will be arranged by Nara in the City’s Staff. While we will do our best to ensure that all equipment ordered are available to your event, we reserve the right to replace any items that is not available or damaged by an equivalent item. You will be informed in advance of such occurrences.
- Taxes and Other Fees:
7% Dubai Municipality Fees (Dubai) / Destination Fees (Other Emirates) applicable on Food and Beverage.
5% VAT on all costs
Licenses, other municipality fees as well as any other levies that may be charged to proceed with an event, will be solely borne by the client.
- Damage and Liability:
Nara in the City maintains general liability insurance for the services we provide. Customer understands that Nara in the City shall not be responsible for the loss of or damage to any items provided, rented, or furnished by Customer unless such loss or damage was caused solely by the gross negligence or misconduct of Nara in the City staff.
Nara in the City will not be held responsible for the theft, lost or damage to any personal effects of Clients crew or staff.
Responsibility & Liability
- Customer:
Nara in the City will assist with any additional items during the event. However, we are not financially responsible for any items provided by the customer for the event (i.e. beverages, flowers, cake, gifts, etc.). We will only be responsible for those items and services listed on the Catering Agreement as provided by us. It is understood that the customer will conduct the event in full compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, and facility contract. Please note that food safety is important to Nara in the City. Please inform us of any known food allergies Customer or guests may have.
After the event, leftover food may remain with client where on-site refrigeration is accessible to our staff. After which Client assumes all liability resulting in failure to properly maintain safe food temp’s and storage of food.
Waiver of Liability; the client agrees to release Nara in the City irrevocably and unconditionally from liability, claims, actions and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, death or injury sustained by any participant in connections with any food, services, personnel, beverages, rental items not directly provided by Nara in the City.
Nara in the City accepts no liability for any food supplied to the Client by another caterer (or food products suppliers by the Client themselves) in addition to those arranged by Nara in the City.
- Caterer:
Nara in the City can manage all your event needs, including event coordination for all events, staffing, and providing tables, chairs, linen, china and floral arrangements. Rentals and Event Services are charged in addition to catering services. Caterer’s performance is contingent upon the absence of accidents, severe weather, or any other cause beyond the caterer’s control. The caterer assumes no responsibility in case the event facility is unwilling or unable to have the event take place on the event date. Caterer, may, at its sole discretion, make reasonable substitutions to menu, equipment, and other services listed on the invoice.
Menu Selections & Changes
- Final menu selections must be confirmed no later than 5 days prior to the booking date. Requests for changes to menu selection within 5 days prior to a function will be considered at the sole discretion of Nara in the City. We will do everything possible to facilitate your requests, but not all changes can be guaranteed, and substitutions may be suggested where items are not available. In the case of supply shortages outside of our control, menu and beverage items may be substituted by a similar product.
Dietary Restrictions, Allergies and Medical Conditions
- You are required to let us know of any (a) dietary restrictions, (b) allergies and (c) other medical conditions at the time of booking your event.
- We cater for vegetarians, gluten free, lactose free and more, please inform your event manager 7 days before the event date if you require any special diet.
- While there is no guarantee of our being able to accommodate any dietary restrictions, we will do our level best to do so.
Equipment breakage / loss / liability
- Client assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss of any equipment, including but not limited to tents, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, décor, china or flatware. Any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment will be charged to the client at replacement cost. All equipment should be present and ready for pick up by Nara in the City after the event. If Nara in the City staff is not on site for the event, client is responsible for the safety of all food setup and serving including any heated chafing dishes left on site. Nara in the City does not accept responsibility due to negligence by the client or any attendees of the client’s event that causes any damage as a result.
- Nara in the City may rent equipment for Customer event needs. Rented equipment must be utilized as intended and returned in its original state to the Caterer. If product is damaged, lost or stolen, additional costs may be incurred. Caterer will inform Customer of any / all costs. Caterer will invoice Customer any additional costs incurred, which should be paid upon receipt.
Postponement
- Requests for postponement of a booking must be received in writing and no less than 10 days prior to the booked event. The rescheduled booking date must be within 6 months of the original booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and is subject to availability. All monies paid to date will be allocated to the new function date. Nara in the City reserves the right to withhold all or part of the deposit for administration team and service costs incurred.
Services
- Event Timeline and Staffing
Each Event is unique and will require a different timeline. Details will be discussed prior to booking to ensure staff and needs are met. Event staffing is based on the guest count and date of event. Nara in the City staff will discuss service plan for the Event prior to booking. Pricing may vary based on event needs. If your Event exceeds the allotted duration, additional hours may be invoiced to the Customer at the rate outlined in the catering agreement per Service.
Nara in the City provides a free customized menu(s) for the event, and one will be created based on the event colors/theme. Please provide at booking any additional details.
Tastings are provided for selected food menu items at no cost to the event organizers.
Force Majeure
Any delay or failure in the performance by Nara in the City shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure. For purposes of this Contract, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of the Party claiming Force Majeure, including extreme weather, fires, floods, explosions, riots, accidents, governmental acts, lockdowns, injunctions, power failures or labor strikes.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your booking with Nara shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the UAE and the Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
